Miss Guyana Universe was elected today in the Princess Hotel Guyana International and the winner is Ruqayyah Boyer, she was born in Paramaribo, Suriname, on April 28th, 1990, but both of her parents are Guyanese, and lived most time of her life in Guyana.
She also won the Miss Linden Town Week 2010 and participated in the Miss Guyana World 2011 pageant.
Ruqayyah is a fomer Caribbean Music Box Hostess, and the was the lucky girl that was crowned by Miss Universe 2011 Leila Lopes as the new Guyanese representative in this year's Miss Universe that will be held in.....
