Katherina Roshana was born on March 29th, 1990, in Brooklyn, New York, but moved to Georgetown, Guyana at the age of 2. Brought up in a close-knit family, Katherina carries strong family values of humility, will power, respect, and love.
As the reigning Miss Guyana India Worldwide Queen, Katherina represented Guyana at the Miss India Worldwide 2013 in Malaysia where she won the Miss Beautiful Skin title. With personal interests in yoga, tai chi, and meditation, she is planning to open a high-end medical spa in Guyana. This will cater to all needs, using both age-old wisdom of Ayurveda and modern-day science and technology.
Katherina has dedicated large amounts of her time to children with special needs, placing primary focus on those with autism. She is currently the Spokesperson for Step by Step – School For The Autistic.
With personal interests in yoga, tai chi, and meditation, she is planning to open a high-end medical spa in Guyana. This will cater to all needs, using both age-old wisdom of Ayurveda and modern-day science and technology.
She says, "The law of attraction is a powerful force, but so is the soul. And until a soul has found peace with itself, only then can it reach its goal."
